White Asparagus with Sour Cream and Caviar
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- one 50g fresh Calvisius Tradition Royal tin
- one 50g fresh Calvisius Tradition Royal tin
- 4 spoons of sour cream
- White pepper, salt
Preparation:
Wash the asparagus, cut the ends, peel them and cut them into very thin slices following the length of the stem. Place them in the plates, dress them with salt and pepper, garnish with sour cream in the center and serve with plenty of caviar.
