Soft-boiled Eggs with Caviar

Ingredients for 4 persons:
  • 4 white eggs
  • one 50g tin of fresh Calvisius caviar
  • White pepper, salt
Preparation:

Soft boil the eggs for 3 minutes.
Let them cool off under running cold water and place them in the eggcups and cut the top part of the shell.
Stir the egg after adding some salt and pepper. Add the caviar and decorate with a stem of fresh scallion.o
