CAVIAR TRADITION PRESTIGE

Tradition Prestige caviar comes from white sturgeon, originally of the Pacific Ocean, it is distributed from Alaska to Baja California. Its taste is balanced and rounded, suitable for the most skeptical palates . The eggs are large, ranging from 2.8 to 3 millimeters, with colors varying from dark gray to black. It takes approximately 12 years to produce this caviar.

CANTABRIAN ANCHOVIES

Cantabrian anchovies are highly renowned and valued in the market, known for their meaty fillets and intense flavor. Only the finest Cantabrian anchovies of the species “Engraulis encrasicholus,” caught exclusively in spring and artisanally processed, become Calvisius anchovies.

SQUID IN OLIVE OIL

Calvisius selects the finest squid: small and tender, individually hand packaged, stuffed with their own tentacles, and preserved in olive oil to maintain their taste and quality. Perfect for an aperitif, served with a good glass of white wine.
