How to pair caviar?

Caviar can be tasted in pureness, along with a glass of bollicine, or paired with other ingredients, such as pasta, potatoes, raw fish and shellfish, but even with meat or ice cream for a surprising dessert. Remember to pair it at cold temperatures.
