He is currently the owner of the culinary space Savoir Faire in Barcelona, a professor at ESHT Sant Ignasi, and a private chef. With a career that began under the guidance of Martín Berasategui, Lizano is known for his passion for fine dining and his skill in creating high-quality tasting menus.
